Delivery | Returns
For all items we will contact you to arrange delivery by private courier.
Delivery charges will be paid by you direct to the courier and no delivery charge
will be made at the checkout. Delivery costs vary depending on location
so if you’d like an estimate before you order then please get in touch.
Where we deliver, we aim to get your goods to you as quickly as we can, usually within 7 days. Once your order has been processed and payment received, we’ll contact you
to arrange delivery. Delivery will either be by ourselves or courier.
We think you’ll be more than happy with your purchases from mari | mat. But, if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in the same condition in which it was sold within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse any delivery costs.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know
and we will do our very best to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible. However, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
